There’s nothing more satisfying to me than some good ole southern comfort food, and a Nashville hot chicken sandwich is high up on my list of favorites. I wanted to give this dish my own twist, and played around with the flavor profile to create a version that uses some Chinese pantry staples to create a sandwich that’s more tingly than it is spicy.
