  • I had a dish similar to this one on Top Chef when I went to a restaurant in L.A. called Rossoblu.  It was truly such a wonderful dish and I remember the burrata being room temperature and you can really taste the sweetness in the cream with the cheese. 

    Here is my take on that dish.
