The pavlova is one of my favorites desserts of all time.  It is light, airy, perfectly sweet and usually filled with fresh, ripe fruit. You will learn how to make a meringue that is both crispy and tender and we will fill our beautiful clouds with whipped cream and your favorite fruits and fillings.  Be sure to have a mechanical whisk as we will be whipping a whole lot of stuff in this class and I don't want your arms to fall off!
