The buttery, flaky crust is the perfect vehicle to create a handheld meal (or snack, if you’re like me).  Patê chaud is the Vietnamese version traditionally made with a ground pork filling as the base, and this recipe in particular is inspired by my absolute favorite New Orleans bakery and local legend, Dong Phuong Bakery.
