OLD FASHIONED DONUTS + DALGONA COFFEE | on demand

I am pairing an Old Fashioned Donut with the New Fashioned coffee. 

 

The perfect donut, well at least the classic, has a soft fluffy center with a crispy exterior that is lightly glazed to perfection.  My secret to a non greasy donut is in the fat I chose to fry it in but you will have to snag a ticket to find out more. 

 

While our dough rests, we will be whipping up some coffee (literally!)  Dalgona coffee is the viral internet trend where instant coffee is whipped so much it becomes thick and frothy frothy and makes your drinking your coffee feel like more like drinking a coffee mousse.
