NINI'S MAPO TOFU | ON DEMAND

Mapo tofu is one of my favorite Sichuan dishes. The sichuan peppercorn gives this dish that unique “numbing” effect. This is my version of the classic dish, which isn't authentic, but I promise you is just as flavorful.

This recipe does require a trip to a proper asian store.
