  • Banh Xeo is a famous Vietnamese dish that is named xeo because it mimics the sizzling noise this batter makes when it hits the pan.  These crispy crepes are made of rice flour, coconut milk and turmeric and are normally stuffed with prawns, pork and tons of veggies.  My family usually eats it wrapped in lettuce + herbs and dipped in the traditional lime fish sauce (nuoc mam).
