CAST IRON PIZZA | on demand

Pizza Fridays won't be the same once you've taken this class.  We will be making a Detroit Style Pizza where the crust is laced with crispy cheese and would normally be in a square pan but a cast iron works great too!  You will learn tips on how to proof your dough a little faster, make pizza sauce and bake a pizza all within approximately 2 hours.
