BROWN SUGAR BOBA | SATURDAY, APRIL 2ND @ NOON ET

Bubble tea AKA BOBA is back in style.  I thought for sure that my beloved drink from my childhood was played out, but lines outside of the hot boba spots in NYC would say differently.  

Brown sugar boba is all of the craze and rightfully so.  It is delicious, simple with only a few ingredients and doesn’t contain caffeine so it's safe for kids not to bounce off the walls.

In this class, we will make the tapioca pearls from scratch and we will create two different drinks.  One classic brown sugar boba and another with a decadent egg custard that has a creme brulee taste.  

If you have kids, get them to join in too because we have tons of tapioca pearls to roll.
