BO KHO VIETNAMESE BEEF STEW | on demand

One of my favorite cold weather dishes,  Bo Kho is a Vietnamese beef stew that is inspired by the French.  It is best enjoyed with crusty bread or noodles and a chili sate condiment that might become a new addiction.  The beef is simmered in spices and sweet coconut for a few hours.  Don't worry you won't have to babysit this pot because I will show you my low maintenance way on how to cook any stews!
