  • As most of you might already know, I am from New Orleans and am of Vietnamese heritage.  I love highlighting these two cuisines and combining them together.  Viet-Cajun seafood boils really started in Houston, Texas and I remember when my cousin introduced me to it.  It was so addictive.  In this class, you will learn how to make a classic seafood boil and a butter based sauce with southeast Asian flavors to coat your crustaceans.  (shrimp, crabs + crawfish are suggested)
