The perfect cream puff starts with a crackling shell that crumbles into a light and fluffy filling that is perfectly sweet. In this 2 hour workshop, you will perfect the versatile pate choux dough as well as make the craquelin dough to take it to the next level. It wouldn't be a cream puff without a light fluffly whipped cream to fill it with. Oh yeah, I also made this on Top Chef.
