PAVLOVA |SATURDAY JULY 11 at 1 PM EST
The pavlova is one of my favorites desserts of all time. It is light, airy, perfectly sweet and usually filled with fresh ripe fruit. You will learn how to make a meringue that is both crispy and tender and we will fill our beautiful clouds with whipped cream and your favorite fruits and fillings. Be sure to have a mechanical whisk as we will be whipping a whole lot of stuff in this class and I don't want your arms to fall off. You will make this dessert all summer long.
