Macarons were one of the first confections I mastered at a little shopped named Sucre in New Orleans. The light, airy finish makes for a perfect afternoon snack or as an end to a decadent meal. These perfect little pastel pastries are the perfect way to ring in the beginning of Spring!
This 3 hour workshop is for the pastry fanatic who is looking to up their dessert game. Not only will you walk away knowing how to make a flawless macaron, but I will also reveal my secrets on how to make a buttercream that’s not too sweet, a rich chocolate ganache and a light and bright lemon or citrus curd.
