My favorite breakfast in France is a cup of coffee and a flakey buttery croissant either plain or filled with ham and cheese. In this workshop, we will learn how to laminate dough, make classic croissants, ham and cheese croissants and the sweet kouign amann. If you haven't had a kouign amann, it is a caramelized flakey pastry with a hint of salt that makes it tastes like salted caramel.
